Julie Nantais earned her PhD in Harvard University in the United States.

Currently, she works like postdoctoral researcher of the Department of Astronomy at the University of Concepción.

She has worked in the study of globular cluster systems in spiral galaxies. In this moment, is dedicated to the study of galaxy clusters.
